Online Group Quarantine Classes
To keep us connected and moving, Teresa is offering Quarantine Remote BoneSmart Pilates classes, 55 min long, all classes bone safe/spine safe. Put the number of classes you would like to attend in the quantity, and click add to cart. Please specify the class names/dates in the order comments.
Registration links for the classes will be sent when BoneSmart Pilates receives payment. If you have any questions, please contact Teresa at teresa@Pilateswithteresa.
Participating in these classes will require that you create an account with zoom, it is free at https://zoom.us. When you pay, please include a note indicating which class/classes you wish to register for. Be specific noting the DATE and time of your desired class.
Schedule is subject to change. Unless noted otherwise here, all classes will continue to be offered as listed on the virtual schedule!
$20 per class and must be paid in advance in order to receive the registration link. Note that the 30 min Roller class is $10 so a purchase of a $20 session will cover you for two roller classes. Please indicate which class dates/classes you are paying for in the comments section when you fill out your order. After doing that you’ll receive another email with the actual link to the class so don’t delay the registration step. If you don’t see where to write your comments, send an email directly to Teresa with your class choices.

Focus: Knead out knots and promote a fluid and flexible body.
Prop used: Foam roller 6 in diameter by 36 in long.
