- experience tests to determine which of your glutes are weak and learn key exercises to strengthen and lift your glutes which in turn helps your back.
- find out how to determine which tight muscles on your body are important to stretch for optimal back health and glute firing.
- learn other benefits of strong glutes such as improved hip bone density, enhanced posture, better balance, and of course shaping a cute butt.
The Bootie funshop was a great use of my time. Teresa grounds her exercises in the body’s physiology so we understand the “why” behind the moves.  I learned a lot in this workshop, a rich blend of science, movement and fun.
