I have been using Teresa’s Bone Smart Pilates to Prevent or Reverse Osteoporosis DVD and prop bundle for almost 2 years. I was diagnosed with advanced osteoporosis and had emergency back surgery for a broken disc two 1/2 years ago. Once I recovered I was afraid to do anything for fear I would break another disc. I began using the Bone Smart DVD 3-4 times a week in addition to walking 3+ miles 5 times a week. I know my limitations and must avoid certain exercises and movements due to my back condition. My last bone density (DEXA) scan finally showed an improvement in my bone density scores!
