Description
Registration for the “Built to Last” fall hybrid series is open!
Our bodies are beautifully designed for lifelong movement. Whether your goal is to stay agile on the pickleball court, feel secure hiking your favorite trails, or simply move through your daily routine with ease and confidence, this series is designed for you.
Over the coming months, we will focus on the structural alignment, bone-safe movements, and functional strength that keep us resilient. This isn’t just about exercising for today; it is about conditioning our bodies to thrive for the long haul.
Because this is a Hybrid series, you have the ultimate flexibility to join in a way that fits your schedule. Join us live (in-person or over Zoom) for the energy of the group, or catch the on-demand recordings whenever it suits you best. (In-person spots are limited, so register early to secure your place)
Let’s build strength, cultivate resilience, and move into the fall season knowing our bodies are truly built to last.
