Session Description
Semi-privates are duets, trios or quartets working on both mat and Pilates equipment. I’ve found that the sociality and mutual commitment of semi-private classes motivates my clients. This is a great opportunity to have more individual attention than a big group class can provide and is a fun and affordable option.
You can create your own group of friends or you can meet new friends as I match you up with like-minded clients of a similar level. Semi-privates are 55 minutes and by appointment only.
My husband and I have worked with Teresa for over ten years and she has literally changed our quality of life!”

Teresa’s skills as a pilates instructor epitomize the word excellence. Without a doubt, Teresa is the best exercise specialist I have ever worked with.”
– Dr. Shoshana Z.
