Join me in this On Demand 90-minute virtual workshop as we explore the intricate systems that impact our balance and how those systems change as we age. We’ll assess where you are with your balance through 3 standardized timed balance tests. Discover concrete steps you can take to improve your strength and steadiness so you can continue to do the things you love with balance, grace, and confidence.

Your experience begins with a PowerPoint presentation followed by plenty of movement experiences. In addition to exploring standing balance, we’ll take your core to the floor as we challenge your balance in multiple body positions.
